تمر علينا الذكرى السادسة والسبعون لتأسيس حزبنا الشيوعي العراقي المجيد وشعبنا مكبلاً بقيود الاحتلال ووطننا مسلوب الاستقلال والسيادة، واليوم وبعد مرور سبع سنوات عجاف من الاحتلال الامريكي – الصهيوني البغيض الجاثم على صدور أبناء شعبنا ، وما سمي بالعملية السياسية التي ولدت وهي مشلولة ، والتي شارك فيها من جاء على ظهر الدبابة الامريكية ، تحت حجج واهية أثبت الوقائع مع الزمن زيفها وعدم واقعيتها من خلال تصريحات واعترافات من ارتكب الحماقات والجرائم بحق شعبنا في العدوان البربري عليه من المحافظين الجدد في البيت الابيض وزمرة طوني بلير في داون ستريت، حيث لا أسلحة دمار شامل في العراق ولا علاقة بالقاعدة من قبل النظام السابق .

آذار عام 1934 وما سبقه وبفعل أنوار الطراد أفرورا والذي أعلن عن بدء عصر جديد عصر ثورة أكتوبر الاشتراكية العظمى في روسيا عام 1917 ، انتقلت أفكار التحرر والعدالة الاجتماعية والاشتراكية ، والغاء استشمار الانسان لاخيه الانسان ، انتقلت الى المشرق العربي ومنها وطننا العراق مهد الحضارات الاولى ، وتأسست أولى الحلقات الماركسية في وسط وجنوب العراق ، وأصبح الفكر الاشتراكي العلمي في متداول المثقفين العراقيين ، وكان لنداء لينين إلى شعوب الشرق حافزا للتخلص من النير الاستعماري الجائر سارق ثروات الشعوب ومستغلها ، جرى توحيد كل الحلقـــات الماركسيــة في حزب ماركسي لينيني على يد القائد المؤسس يوسـف سلمـــان يوسف ( فهد ) مؤسساً وواضعا اللبنات الاولى من خلال كتاباته في الصحافة العراقية وداعيا إلى مطالبة العمال والفلاحين لحقوقهم في الحياة الحرة الكريمة .

يا أبناء شعبنا المقاوم

إننا بهذه المناسبة الوطنية ، والغالية على قلوب كل التقدميين والديمقراطيين من أبناء شعبنا ، لابد وان نستذكر وبأعتزاز قوافل الشهداءالذين قدموا أنفسهم قرابين على مذبح الحرية والاستقلال الوطني ومن أجل سيادة العراق ووحدة اراضية ، وعدم التفريق بثرواته الوطنية ، ونال حزبنا الشيوعي العراقي بجدارة لقب (حزب الشهداء ) .

في هذه الايام العصيبة أيام الاحتلال الامريكي المجرم لوطننا وقف حزبنا إلى جانب المقاومة الوطنية الباسلة والتي تسطر بأحرف من نور صفحات انتصارراتها على الرغم من انها تعاني من التعتيم الاعلامي والمحاربة من قبل أعوان الاحتلال، ومن المؤسف أن زمرة حميد مجيد موسى التي انتحلت اسم حزبنا وسرقت تاريخه المجيد وهم الان في صف الاحتلال " شيوعيوالاحتلال " ، فقد اتت نتائج ما يسمى بالانتخابات البرلمانية لتؤكد رفض الشيوعيين المخلصين، المشاركة في هذه الانتخابات التي جرت في ظل الاحتلال وتحت حرابه ، وقد جاءت نتيجة منتحلي أسم ( أتحاد الشعب ) لتؤكد من جديد ان الشيوعيين الحقيقيين يرفضون هذا النهج الذي لايمت بصلة لنهج الماركسية اللينينية والدفاع عن الوطن وقد صدمتهم النتيجة لعزلتهم الجماهيرية معلنين افلاسهم السياسي .

ومن المهم ان نذكر بأن جميع الانتصارات التي حققتها جماهير شعبنا في المعارك الوطنية قد تحققت بالوحدة الوطنية والتحام النضال الجماهيري في اوسع التحالفات الوطنية وفي مقدمتها جبهة الاتحاد الوطني التي مهدت لانتصار ثورة 14 تموز الوطنية الباسلة بقيادة الزعيم الوطني عبد الكريم قاسم وما احوجنا اليوم الى اوسع تحالف وطني في اطار جبهة وطنية عريضة تشكل قيادة واسناد النضال التحرري الوطني، وتبرز اليوم، اكثر من اي وقت مضى، وحدة النضال الجماهيري وإن مهمة كل الوطنين والتقدميين والديمقراطيين الشرفاء اليوم هي دعم المقاومة الوطنية الباسلة وتصعيد النضال من اجل إخراج المحتل واسقاط مؤسساته وطرد جنوده والغاء ما يسمى بالمعاهدة الاستراتيجية الامنية بين الولايات المتحدة الامريكية دولة الاحتلال والعراق المحتل ورحيل كل قواعد الاحتلال من بلدنا، وهذا لا يأتي إلابتسديد الضربات لقوات الاحتلال والدعم والمساندة من قبل الشعوب العربية وقوى حركات التحرر العربية والعالمية ، وسوف يكون النصر بالتاكيد للمقاومين الابطال والهزيمة والعار للاحتلال ومن جاء معه على ظهر دباباته .

At the 76^th Anniversary of the birth of the Iraqi Communist party

The 76^th anniversary of the ICP is upon us while our people are shackled, our country’s sovereignty has been stolen and our self determination has been confiscated by the odious Zino American occupation, with the help of its stooges. A useless and divisive political process was created by the occupiers. We heard many lame excuses for those who took part in this Green Zone bound political process, none of them stood up to scrutiny. These excuses are false. Just as the reasons cited for launching an aggressive and illegal war on Iraq by the occupants of Downing Street and the Neo conservatives of the White House proved to be. No WMDs were found and no link between the previous regime and Al Qaeda ever existed
The October revolution of 1917, started with the uprising led by the Aurora Battle Cruiser, heralded a new dawn for humanity. The ideals of freedom, social justice and ending exploitation soon spread all over the world including Iraq, the cradle of civilizations. 1934 witnessed the birth of the early communist cells in Iraq, starting with the middle and south of the country. All these cells were soon united under the leadership of Yousef Salman Yousef (Fahed), the founder of the Iraqi Communist Party. This heralded the birth of the movement for the rights of the working classes in Iraq.

Our defiant people of Iraq

Our party was in the front line in the Iraqi people’s struggle to rid themselves of British control and occupation. Many of our members were killed and imprisoned. The ICP deservedly then won the label of the party of the martyrs.

Today, in these dark days under the criminals of war and occupation, our party stands with the brave patriotic resistance. Despite the mighty military machine of the occupiers the resistance has scored significant victories, ignored by the main stream media and denounced by the occupation’s stooges. It is a shame and disgrace, that the gang of Hameed Majid Musa (Secretary General of the official ICP), has tried to hijack the ICP’s name and glorious history, while bowing to the occupiers. The occupiers’ communists took part in an elections conducted under the political and military control of the occupation. They called their list: 'The People’s Unity', again hijacking a patriotic symbol from the history of the ICP. Shame on them as their efforts to climb the ladder of power has once again failed.

It is important to remember that victories scored during our history came about through national unity. When the forces of the popular struggle against imperialism stood together in sound alliances, such as the National Unity Front, established prior to the 14^th July 1958 revolution. This alliance ensured the success of the revolution led by Brigadier Abdul Karim Qassim.

Today we are in dire need of a similar wide alliance, giving birth to a patriotic leadership to support and sustain the unity of our national struggle for liberation. It is the duty of all patriotic, progressive and democrats to support the Iraqi resistance , intensify the struggle to end the occupation in all its manifestations, dissolve all its illegal institutions, annul all the treaties and pacts including the Status Of Forces Agreement. It is important to end the presence of the occupiers in all its forms. This will not be achieved without the sustained struggle and resistance to imperialism in the whole region and the whole world. We are confident that in the end victory is on the side of those who challenge and resist the occupation and a shameful defeat for the plans of the occupiers and their stooges.
